Delivery Policy

We deliver Island wide. Orders should arrive to the customer within 2 - 3 working days from the date that the order is approved, subject to road conditions, traffic and other factors beyond our control. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as January. Customers must be available during this window to accept delivery without causing undue waiting time for the truck. Orders must be checked by the customer at the time of delivery and Customers are required to sign the invoice in acceptance of the goods ordered in its entirety prior to the truck departing. Our delivery crew will offload cargo from the truck to the ground alongside the truck, however, based on the nature of the cargo, if equipment and additional personnel are required, these should be provided by the receiver.
