All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of manufacturing defects or supplier errors. In such cases, the following conditions must be met:
1. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by notifying the sales representative with supporting details of the issue, along with supporting photographs where applicable.
2. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all defect-related claims. If the invoice is not available, a copy of the delivery slip may be used.
3. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and must not have been altered, cut, or installed.
4. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for special/custom orders, cut-to-length materials, or goods that have been modified after delivery.
5. The company reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before any credit, replacement, or resolution is issued.
